In 2013 we embarked on an unprecedented vision to create a state-of-the-art professional ballpark and year-round mix-use destination for our Atlanta Braves baseball team.  In 2022, 10.1 million guests and fans visited the award-winning Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta.   Fortunately, I met James Balli at the start of this ambitious project.  James has incredible expertise and knowledge of the complicated and bureaucratic planning and zoning process.  He led this effort for us from the very start until all permits,  ordinances, and new policies were approved by the government leadership.    We are now regarded as the most successful mixed-use complex anchored by a major sports venue in the world.  Fortunately, James Balli was on our team and he has his fingerprints all over our success.”
